LESSON POLICIES
MONTHLY TUITION STUDENTS
Monthly tuition reserves a recurring 30-minute weekly lesson time with your instructor.
• Tuition reserves your scheduled lesson day and time each week.
• Students are entitled to one make-up lesson per month when notice is provided and scheduling permits. Make-ups may be provided in-studio, virtually, or through recorded video content.
• Additional missed lessons beyond the monthly make-up allowance are forfeited.
• No-shows count as completed lessons.
• Monthly tuition remains the same regardless of attendance.
• Students may discontinue lessons at any time by providing notice before the next billing cycle.
30-MINUTE PAY-BY-THE-LESSON STUDENTS
• Lessons must be scheduled in advance.
• Same-day cancellations result in a $10 cancellation fee.
• No-shows count as completed and paid lessons.
• Rescheduled lessons are subject to instructor availability.
• Scheduled lessons are non-refundable.
By submitting a booking request, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
